The end

The movie of our life doesn’t always have a happy ending. For Job, his did have a happy ending: The LORD blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the first (Job 42:12).

But what about us? After suffering, ought we expect a happy ending? …it all comes good and they live happily ever after!?

God is just; He will punish evil and give the righteous their reward for trusting in Him. That’s the resounding message of the Bible. But when?

Justice and the ‘happy ending’ will come when Jesus returns to judge the world. And so we wait, and groan (Romans 8:22), until the day He comes. Let’s pray and help each other until then.

In Christ, Tory Cayzer.
